Even though I've been a working artist for years, I found this course to have lots of new and useful information that applied to my practice. Thanks for refreshing my memory of photography techniques I learned in college, but had forgotten! This is so worth the time spent to go through the lessons and bargain priced, as well.

I completed the ArtsyShark course, Sell More Art with a Dynamic Portfolio, and found it very helpful. I felt it was comprehensive and covered a great deal of helpful material. Despite the fact that I had already been introduced to many of the concepts, the practical aspects of photographing my own art was extremely helpful. In fact, Kelly Heck's tip on using a polarizing filter solved a major reflection problem I was having. I purchased a filter the next day and put it to use!

“Sell More Art with a Dynamic Portfolio” is an in-depth resource with a clear plan and concise information wrapped into an amazing course. There isn’t an artist out there that wouldn’t benefit from spending some time with Carolyn and Kelly. The “How to Photograph your Artwork" chapter is the clearest step by step I’ve ever seen of camera set up and real results. Kelly's explanation of settings such as ISO, speed and F-stop is wonderful for people who aren’t professional photographers. I’ve spent years explaining some of information in the "Manage and Protect Your Images” to people – I’ve tried to point them to sites and resources – and here it is all in one place! …and Photoshop and Lightroom demos too! The Bonus Materials at the end are worth the price of the course. Wonderful relevant content.

I wish I had found this earlier as it would have saved me months of googling and confusion. I highly recommend this for any artist wanting to go next level with their portfolio.

I though the Best Portfolio was a good introduction to the why aspects of a best portfolio and provided some teasers bout how to use a portfolio. Throughout the presentation, I felt it would be helpful to see what an actual finished product looks like. Is it a printed product you hold in your hands or digital product you view? I'm sure you'll answer these questions as we move forward.
